Trail Fund Project

A volunteer at a local nature reserve in Johannesburg wanted to attract more trail runners to the reserve.
I set up this website to host a virtual fundraiser trail run event.
Personal reflections on the project
Even when you prioritise the mobile design of a website, you have to start with the desktop version. Website builders are not designed to create a website mobile first, well, Wix Studio at least isn't.
Yoco, as a payment gateway, is great. Creating an account is quick, the user interface is intuitive, and it integrates readily with Wix Studio.
It took me only two weeks to get this website up and running. I saved a lot of time by outsourcing the logo design, which helped. Yay for delegating!
