Key Takeaways
People tell fascinating stories. However, it takes some time to make an interviewee comfortable before answering questions clearly.
The ability to produce these articles within a strict deadline was very important for the client, and delivering them ahead of schedule was much appreciated accordingly.
Having worked with the client before on other projects, they were delighted that I would take on this project even if they weren't expressly aware of my research and more in-depth writing capabilities.
The articles feature on pages 150, 166, 174 and 188 in the annual report.
